Tracheostomy Care

Tracheostomy care involves maintaining a clean airway and stoma, preventing infection, and removing secretions. This includes cleaning the stoma and surrounding skin, suctioning the tube to clear mucus, and changing the inner cannula as needed.

We provide monthly supplies and train family members and caregivers to perform tracheostomy care in the comfort of the patient’s home. Our respiratory therapists are available 24/7 for support.
